Welcome to the Fiddlers Elbow, |
Fiddlers
Elbow in Venice was opened in 1992 and, like Florence
and Rome, was the first Irish pub to be opened. It is
situated in the heart of Venice just 10 mins walk from
the train station and five minutes walk from the famous
"Rialto Bridge". |
The pub is popular not just with foreigners but also local Venetians,young and old and has a very freindly and welcoming atmosphere.

played in the pub and a beer garden is also available
and we operate happy hours at certain times of
the day |

To find
the pub one should disembark from the Water-Bus (Vaporetto)
at the stop along the Grand Canal "Cà D'oro",
walk along a little allyway to the "Strada Nuova",
turn left on the "Strada Nuova" for 20 meters
and on the right hand side one sees the little piazza
called "Campo già Testori" where the
pub is found.

The pub is a great place to meet venetians,tourists and ex-pats. It's a relaxed enviroment and you don't have to worry about sitting down to rest your legs !!! Many places charge you more if you sit down with your drink in Venice (like Florence as well)...we obviously dont !! Michele the manager organizes, on the big screen, most sporting events and is a hive of infoabout Venice....
he's Venetian...Anyway we hope to see you there....
